The same team that reviews the design will witness the FAT, run the IST, and stand behind the handover. Where it helps the programme, we lead integrator testing offsite, catching failures before they reach site. De-risking the programme is the work — and the reason we are structured around a permanent team rather than a roster of contractors.

Our deepest specialism is commissioning and project delivery on mission-critical infrastructure. We bring competence to adjacent areas of execution where that supports the commissioning outcome, and grow our capabilities deliberately as the work demands.

Continuity over convenience.

Engagements are led and delivered by our permanent team. The team that scopes a project mobilises, delivers, and — where the relationship continues — returns for the next.

Independence over alignment.

As Commissioning Authority, our accountability runs to the asset's performance, not the contract structure. In support of a contractor, our role is to strengthen the commissioning output the end client receives. In both cases, the commissioning opinion is the work.

  • Led full CxA scope across multiple campuses for two hyperscale clients over a three-year period.
  • Combines commissioning-process discipline with technical fluency in the systems being commissioned.

  • MEng, Mechanical Engineering with Management. Career start as a mechanical engineer before moving into CxA.
  • Six years across multiple client engagements, including four as CxA Account Director for hyperscale clients.
  • Known for translating client requirements into delivery scope while holding technical oversight throughout execution.
The team

Hired deliberately. Retained for continuity.

Construction is a people industry built on relationships. We select for technical depth and for the judgement, character, and collaboration complex projects demand — hiring from inside the industry and developing talent from outside it. We grow when the right person is available, not when the next project says we should, which leaves us with a bench broader than our headcount suggests.
